Candidatus: Clothed in White (Water Lily)

Candidatus: Clothed in White (Water Lily)

Water Lilies emerge from the murky depths of ponds and quiet streams, and have roots that are buried deep in the mud below. Here we see the water element nurturing a myriad of life, including the dragonfly.

Water Lilies have long been symbolic of transformation and the awakened mind. They grow from the dark, muddy earth deep below the water’s surface, expand upward through the water, and emerge into the clear light of day. The dragonfly has similar symbolic meanings. Its glistening wings remind us of the power of the transcendent Light, as it dances through the air.
